Located in California, we ship everyday Monday through Friday. Delivery will take between 1 to 5 days (within the US) depending on the shipping option you choose at the checkout. We offer Next Day delivery service through UPS if time is of the essense.

Hello. I was wondering if this dress is returnable? I saw that only certain dresses are eligible. Sometimes i wear size 2 and 4, so. i wasn't sure which one to pick. I'm afraid the one i pick might be a little loose or a little tight on me.

As of today, August 13, 2021, the only color I have in stock in both size 2 and 4 is burgundy. The only size I have in stock in emerald is size 4 and champagne/gold is currently out of stock in both sizes.
I recommend to all my customers that when choosing a size, to look at the size chart located near the description of each dress and base your decision by your waist measurement. This is important because if you cannot zip the dress past your waist, then you won't be able to zip the top up. Each dress has a specific sizing chart. Therefore it's important to look at the sizing chart for each dress. If you're not sure, let me know your bust and waist size and I can recommend a size for you. Lastly, in most cases, slight alterations for a perfect fit may be required by a local seamstress in your area.

Hi Miral, delivery time will depend on the shipping option you choose at the checkout. We offer UPS or DHL as shipping options. Located in California, we ship Monday through Friday. As of April 25, 2021, the two sizes and colors that is available and ready to ship immediately is burgundy and champagne/gold in size 12. The other colors and sizes will be restocked around May 10 to 14. If you require a different size, you can place an pre-order online. Once the item becomes available it will ship immediately by the shipping option you choose at the checkout. I believe the model is wearing a size 4.
