Return Policy |

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so unlike most other special occasion retailers we accept returns for exchange or store credit if you are not 100 % satisfied.

With DiscountDressShop's Return Policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in perfect condition and that you follow the return instructions listed below. We take pride in our quality products and service and we value our relationship with you. Our goal is to make the returns process as simple as possible to make sure you look and feel your best for your big event.

2 Options To Choose From On Returns:

Option 1

Store Credit Store Credit

You can choose to receive a store credit on all products except those marked "clearance item".

A 15% restocking fee* will be assessed. Store credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise and cannot be used towards shipping costs.

Store credit will be emailed to you.

Option 2

 A few rules before returning:

  • All sales are final after 7 days of receiving package.
  • Package must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your package if returning.
  • If package is not postmarked within 7 days and we receive the package, it will not be accepted and sent back.
  • 15% Restocking fee will be deducted.
  • Returns are carefully inspected; all original tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Clearance, Quinceanera, Wedding dresses are non-returnable.
  • No refunds.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return/exchanged items.
  • If you receive a damaged item, tell us right away! That way, we can immediately send your replacement of the same style, size and color.
  • Store credit is issued within 5 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse. You are notified via email that store credit has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it.

Follow these easy steps to return:

Step 1

Carefully place the item back with the hanger, in the bag, and back in the box with the original invoice filled out on the back

Step 2

Ship box back by UPS, USPS, Fedex





Once your item has been received, inspected and processed, you will be issued an exchange or store credit.
