Exchange Policy

We understand that there are going to be times when you purchase an item online and it doesn't fit properly. At, we want you to know that we ALLOW EXCHANGES. You can exchange for a different size, color and even a different dress.

Exchange Exchange

You can choose to return and exchange your item (except those marked "clearance item") for any other products.

A 15% restocking fee* will be assessed + $14.90 for shipping*. *(item will be shipped USPS Parcel Post)

Follow These Easy Steps To Make An Exchange:

Step 1
On the back of the invoice you received; indicate the item number, color and size you would like to make an
exchange for.
Step 2
Fill out your credit card information.
Step 3
Place item(s) carefully in a box. Include hanger, plastic bag and return original invoice filled out.
Step 4
Ship box back by UPS, USPS, Fedex.
Step 5
Send exchange to:

A few rules before returning:

  • All sales are final after 7 days of receiving package.
  • One time exchange only.
  • Returns are carefully inspected; all original tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • CLEARANCE dresses are non-returnable.
  • No refunds.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return/exchanged items.
  • If you receive a damaged item, tell us right away! That way, we can immediately send your replacement of the same style, size and color.
  • If for some reason the dress you want to exchange to is not available, then you will be issued a store credit.

Once your item has been received, inspected and processed, an exchange will be processed. In the event we do not have the item you want in stock, you will be issued a store credit.
