The dress was so poorly made. The quality was horrendous for something that I paid $450 for. There were loose threads all over the dress. Not to mention the sizing was incorrect. I measured myself and ordered exactly what they recommended. I wasn’t able to zip up the dress. Such a regretful purchase especially after they reported to me that it’s not refundable.

This store is reliable and my dress is perfect. the only issue is when i ordered my dress it said it was in stock and i was only notified after purchasing that it wasnt. that was annoying because i was scared i wouldnt get it in time for my event. Luckily the customer service is amazing and helped me by answering all my questions and pre ordered the dress for me without having to pay again. I got the dress within a month from the original purchase. If you’re nervous about the dress being out of stock in your size or color i would recommend emailing them before to guarantee you will get it in time.

I love this dress! I originally ordered a large. And that was huge. I started the return for the large and ordered a medium. Both dresses came when they said they would. The quality of the dress is awesome. I ordered a dress online from another company and the quality was way worse! The white is not see through at all! For reference I am 5"9. I weigh 150 and am a 34 dd. I have a small rib cage though. The medium fits perfect with little wiggle room around the ribcage.

Our general return policy applies to all eligible products except certain dresses listed below. You may return product(s) within 7 days for either a store credit or you may make an exchange. We do not issue refunds. A store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns/exchanges. We do not profit from this restocking fee since our suppliers charge us this fee. An RMA must be submitted for approval in order to return an item. Shipping fees, if any, which were applied at purchase are not refunded. If you would like to make an exchange for a different size or dress, simply submit an RMA by clicking here . Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions. The exchange process can take 7-12 days. Once the item has been received and approved, you will receive an email with a code that you can use to apply on our website to make an exchange. You will go through the checkout process online.
If time is of the essence, place a new order for the item you need, then contact us by email informing us of this decision. If for some reason the item that you ordered is not available, it will not constitute a refund. In such a case, a store credit will be issued once the original dress has been returned.
