The dress was so poorly made. The quality was horrendous for something that I paid $450 for. There were loose threads all over the dress. Not to mention the sizing was incorrect. I measured myself and ordered exactly what they recommended. I wasn’t able to zip up the dress. Such a regretful purchase especially after they reported to me that it’s not refundable.

This store is reliable and my dress is perfect. the only issue is when i ordered my dress it said it was in stock and i was only notified after purchasing that it wasnt. that was annoying because i was scared i wouldnt get it in time for my event. Luckily the customer service is amazing and helped me by answering all my questions and pre ordered the dress for me without having to pay again. I got the dress within a month from the original purchase. I love this dress! I originally ordered a large. And that was huge. I started the return for the large and ordered a medium. Both dresses came when they said they would. The quality of the dress is awesome. I ordered a dress online from another company and the quality was way worse! The white is not see through at all! For reference I am 5"9. We do not issue refunds. A store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns/exchanges. The exchange process can take 7-12 days. Once the item has been received and approved, you will receive an email with a code that you can use to apply on our website to make an exchange. If time is of the essence, place a new order for the item you need, then contact us by email informing us of this decision.
