Great customer service!!
I just wanted to take a minute to thank Jeremy with all of his help on order #3443. I spoke with Jeremy Monday about returning the dress in this order and sending out the next biggest size, AND I needed it to arrive by Wednesday. He took care of everything (patiently!) and I'm happy to report the dress arrived, fit perfectly and my daughter was able to take it on her choir trip when she left early this morning. Located in California, we ship everyday Monday through Friday. Delivery will take between 1 to 5 days (within the US) depending on the shipping option you choose at the checkout. We offer Next Day delivery service through UPS if time is of the essense.
