RETURN POLICIES
When ordering from DiscountDressShop.com, it is required to read our return policy in order to place your order. By placing an order, you are agreeing to our return policy and will be held to it. At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise.
PRE-ORDERING
Pre-ordering a dress cannot be canceled unless approved by us. Each dress we order is directly from the designer and cannot be canceled or returned. Should cancellation be an option, a 50% cancellation fee will be imposed and refunded.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be done within 3 hours of placing your order. Cancellation may be done either through email or by telephone. For any package that is shipped and results in "Returning to Sender" will receive a 50% refund (of the product) minus return shipping charges once the package has been received back to us. Initial shipping charges upon order are also not refundable.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
When ordering from DiscountDressShop.com, you have the option to purchase shipping insurance to cover any lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur. We do not assume liability in the event your package is lost, damaged or stolen.
MINORS AND FAMILY MEMBERS
DiscountDressShop.com does not knowingly market to or knowingly solicit information from minors. Minors are ineligible to use our services, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If a minor makes a purchase with their parent’s credit card without authorization, DiscountDressShop.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. If a family member makes a purchase without the credit card holder's authorization, DiscountDressShop.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. The cardholder will have to dispute the charge with the family member who placed the order.
