Beautiful dress and good service
The dress is beautiful and fits perfect! Not to mention great customer service and it arrived so quickly. I did get it hemmed on the bottom so it wasn’t too long but other than that it fit perfectly.

Beautiful, light, and comfortable
This dress is SO pretty. I got it in navy blue and it’s breathtaking. It’s very light and looks just as pictured.

In general, we do allow returns on all products except wedding gowns, quinceanera dresses, items marked "clearance" and dresses made by Andrea & Leo Couture.

SHIPPING
Located in California, we ship everyday Monday through Friday. Delivery will take between 1 to 5 days (within the US) depending on the shipping option you choose at the checkout. We offer Next Day delivery service through UPS if time is of the essense.
We also ship internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout and is determined by location and the weight of your package. Do you accept returns on the Cinderella Divine dress, CD0154? I notice the price is marked down so I just want to make sure this item is able to be returned if there are any issues.
Hi Kathryn, this dress is returnable as per our return policy.
I recommend to all my customers that when choosing a size, to look at the size chart located near the description of each dress and base your decision by your waist measurement. This is important because if you cannot zip the dress past your waist, then you won't be able to zip the top up. Each dress has a specific sizing chart. Therefore it's important to look at the sizing chart for each dress. If you're not sure, let me know your bust and waist size and I can recommend a size for you.
