If you added Seel Return Assurance to your order, please use the link below to begin your return. An RMA must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of package.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise, UNLESS you are a US customer and purchase Seel Return Assurance with your order.
By adding Seel Return Assurance at checkout, you will have the option to make a return and receive a refund. (Qualifications for Seel Return Assurance are determined independently by third party provider Seel)

Seel Return Assurance allows you to make a return for a refund. All items are eligible for a return within 7 days. The cost of Seel Return Assurance is based on a percentage of the purchase price of each item you add to your cart.

Seel Return Assurance will automatically be added to your cart upon checkout. You will have the option to decline it, however if you decline Seel Return Assurance, all sales are final.

Should your order be canceled, Seel Return Assurance will also be canceled and refunded. However, should your order be fulfilled and shipped, Seel Return Assurance is not refundable. It is however a great way to give you the peace of mind should you want to return an item for a refund.
As stated before all sales are final, unless you purchased Seel Return Assurance. If you added Seel Return Assurance to your order, check your email from Seel Return Assurance, look for the Return Assurance ID, then submit your return at https://app.seel.com/return/portal/login
If you cannot find that email, check your junk folder and/or contact them at email@example.com to request the information you need to initiate a return.
As stated before all sales are final, unless you added Seel Return Assurance. If you purchased Seel Return Assurance you will be issued a refund for the item(s) purchased. If you want a different size/color, then you will need to purchase the dress online, which can be done even before you submit a return.
