Located in California, we ship everyday Monday through Friday. Delivery will take between 1 to 5 days (within the US) depending on the shipping option you choose at the checkout. We offer Next Day delivery service through UPS if time is of the essense.
We also ship internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout and is determined by location and the weight of your package. Hello! I purchased this same dress for my daughter at a mall store, Bou Bou. The dress was damaged when being altered. While I deal with that separately, I would like to replace it so my daugter can wear it to prom next month. Is this dress style, 7483, the same sizing? The mall store put its own label inside, but the tag references 7483.

It sounds like the dress you purchased at your local mall is the same dress that we offer. Sometimes stores will remove the original label by the designer who actually makes the dress and use their own label so people cannot do what you want to do, which is find the dress at another store. We do not change the labels on our dresses as we are an authorized retailer by the brands we sell.
