Flowy Chiffon Dress Knee Length Long Sleeve Cardigan

This flowy dress has wide tank straps, is knee length with layered hem. This dress includes a separate matching long sleeve jacket that includes shoulder padding.

Beautiful dress

Thank you Sheila for your feedback! I always recommend to customers when ordering a size to go by your waist size in inches. This particular dress has no waistline and is very flowy. Therefore, I would recommend to customers to order a size by your bust size (in inches).
Fits Nicely
The first dress I ordered was big so I attempted to send it back. That was a hassle because I couldn't get your email, but finally it worked. The second dress fits nicely and it is very well made.

Based on your bust size of 38 inches, I would recommend a size large. In most cases for all our dresses I usually recommend to go by the person's waist size in inches. However this dress is very flowy and there is no waistline to the dress.

I recommend to all my customers that when choosing a size, to look at the size chart located near the description of each dress and base your decision by your waist measurement. This dress is very flowy and does not have a constricted waistband, so this general rule of thumb when choosing a size does not apply as much to this dress. However, if you're not sure what size to order, let me know your bust and waist size and I can recommend a size for you. Lastly, in most cases, slight alterations for a perfect fit may be required by a local seamstress in your area.
