How do I choose the correct size?

When selecting a size, it is generally best to base your choice on your waist measurement in inches. Each dress has its own size chart, so please be sure to check the chart listed near the product description for that specific style. If you would like help choosing a size, you are welcome to send us your bust and waist measurements in inches, and we will gladly provide a recommendation. Please note that alterations are often needed to achieve the perfect fit.

What if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes, it is recommended to go with the larger size. By doing so, it will be more beneficial to you, which will allow you to make alterations by a seamstress for a perfect fit. If you choose a smaller size, you run the risk of not being able to alter the dress.

Are all your dresses in stock?

Most of our dresses are in stock, but if you would like to double check, you can email us, info@discountdressshop.com. Be sure to include the item number, color and size.

Where are you located?

We are located in California, which is where ship all of our products from.

Where is your size chart for a dress?

Size charts are located near the description of each dress. Size charts of dress specific, so be sure to check each size chart.

How do I cancel my order?

Only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Cancellations must be made within 15 minutes of your order being placed since we process orders almost immediately. You may either email (info@discountdressshop.com) or give us a call (714) 982-7352 to cancel your order.

Can I order by phone?

You sure may! We would be happy to take your order by phone. Simply call us at 714-982-7352. If we are not available to answer your call, simply leave a message with your name, number, item number of dress, color and size and we will call you back. If you cannot wait, then we recommend placing your order online on our website.

If I place an order today, when will I be receiving my merchandise?

Orders placed by 12PM PST usually are processed and shipped the same day. However, depending on the season (i.e. Prom) it could take about 1 to 2 days to process your order to prepare to have it shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries outside of the US. All Custom and Duty fees including taxes are collected so you know all the costs upfront.

We do not do any alterations or customizations to our gowns. It is recommended that if you need such work done, to reach out to your local seamstress.

Do you offer Express Overnight shipping?
