We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so unlike most other special occasion retailers we accept returns for exchange or store credit if you are not 100 % satisfied.

With DiscountDressShop's Return Policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in perfect condition and that you follow the return instructions listed below. We take pride in our quality products and service and we value our relationship with you. Our goal is to make the returns process as simple as possible to make sure you look and feel your best for your big event.

General Return Policy

The general return policy applies to all products except special occasion dresses (i.e. quinceanera and wedding gowns and Andrea & Leo Couture) and clearance items. You may return product(s) within 7 days for a store credit. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. We do not profit from this restocking fee since our suppliers charge us this fee. Shipping fees, if any, which were applied at purchase are not refunded. An email will be sent to you with a store credit code that does not expire.

A Few Rules Before Returning:

  • All sales are final after 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Clearance items (will be clearly marked "Clearance" or have the price that does not end in $xx.99 or $xx.98), Wedding gowns, Quinceanera dresses, Tiaras and dresses by Andrea & Leo Couture are non-returnable.
  • No refunds. We only issue store credit or an exchange may be made.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return/exchanged items.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your package!
  • Returns are carefully inspected; all original tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
  • Items found with snags, worn, washed, altered, ripped, stained, grease marks, pet hair, pen marks, perfume, deodorant stains, smoke odor and/or missing tags will be returned immediately.

Follow this 1 easy step to begin a return:

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Sales are final if a RMA is not filed within 7 days of receipt of your package (verified through online email tracking). You must receive an RMA# by email for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RMA approval.
