The dress was so poorly made. The quality was horrendous for something that I paid $450 for. There were loose threads all over the dress. Not to mention the sizing was incorrect. I measured myself and ordered exactly what they recommended. I wasn’t able to zip up the dress. Such a regretful purchase especially after they reported to me that it’s not refundable.

All of our dresses are brand new and shipped directly from the designer in sealed packaging. With detailed, hand-embellished gowns, minor loose threads can occasionally occur and are typically considered normal finishing that can be easily trimmed.
Regarding sizing, our dresses follow the designer’s standard size chart, which can differ from everyday clothing. While measurements are the best guide, a precise fit is not always guaranteed without alterations—especially for more structured or fitted styles.
As outlined in our return policy, formal gowns are eligible for store credit or exchange, and we always do our best to work with our customers when concerns are brought to us directly.
The color and the fit was great.
We had great communication from the company and they shipped it super fast so my daughter didn’t have to be stressed out at all in the week leading up to prom.

Size down if you’re in between sizes. I usually wear a size 6 dress or a M/L depending on material and I bought a small and she fits perfectly. I’m 5’6” and 140 lbs.

We originally ordered this dress in Royal blue locally but just about a week before my daughters prom, we were informed by our local designer that the dress wasn’t gonna make it on time of the event. My daughter was bummed and basically said that she’s just gonna settle for whatever Royal blue dress she could find last minute… I scrambled the Internet & called many boutiques about this exact dress in Royal blue & it was the same answer, “dress is unavailable, back ordered, or experiencing shipping hold ups with supplier…”
Just when I thought all hope was lost, I received a call from Jeremy asking if I was still interested in the dress and that he had THE dress “In Hand”. He was heaven sent!… he helped me place the order over the phone and guided me with his professional advice on which shipping option would be the best to ensure I receive the dress on time.

This store is reliable and my dress is perfect. the only issue is when i ordered my dress it said it was in stock and i was only notified after purchasing that it wasnt. that was annoying because i was scared i wouldnt get it in time for my event. Luckily the customer service is amazing and helped me by answering all my questions and pre ordered the dress for me without having to pay again. I got the dress within a month from the original purchase. If you’re nervous about the dress being out of stock in your size or color i would recommend emailing them before to guarantee you will get it in time.

I received my dress today. It's perfect quality, perfect make. Material is a stretch crepe very nice and sufficiently thick which is what I hoped.

I love this dress! I originally ordered a large. And that was huge. I started the return for the large and ordered a medium. Both dresses came when they said they would. The quality of the dress is awesome. I ordered a dress online from another company and the quality was way worse! The white is not see through at all! For reference I am 5"9. I weigh 150 and am a 34 dd. I have a small rib cage though. The medium fits perfect with little wiggle room around the ribcage.
Jeremy helped get a supplement color of desert rose of this dress (I originally ordered in black) to me in time for a gala! I ordered overnight shipping and despite a shipping snafu, it got to me on time hours before the event. I received so many compliments on this dress - especially on the color, fit and unique cut. I had so much fun in it and was comfortable all evening!

Please note that formal dress sizing can vary greatly by designer, and size charts are not universal across all brands. For this reason, we strongly recommend reviewing the specific size chart listed for each dress and comparing it to the wearer’s actual bust, waist, and hip measurements before ordering.
After speaking with you by phone on May 19, we understand there was some uncertainty regarding the exact measurements needed for your aunt. Without those measurements, it is difficult to determine whether the size ordered would be the best fit. The 5XL size was based on the designer’s size chart for that particular dress, not a general or standard sizing expectation.
We appreciate your feedback and always encourage customers to contact us with measurements before ordering so we can help guide them as best as possible.
wrong color was sent also I am being charged for a dress that was not in stock please correct this on your end. I cannot get the shipping label to print and I have called and mail box is full please return the call ASAP

Our general return policy applies to all eligible products except certain dresses listed below. You may return product(s) within 7 days for either a store credit or you may make an exchange. We do not issue refunds. A store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns/exchanges. We do not profit from this restocking fee since our suppliers charge us this fee. An RMA must be submitted for approval in order to return an item. Shipping fees, if any, which were applied at purchase are not refunded. Once the item is received, an email will be sent to you with a store credit code that does not expire or an exchange will be processed.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We offer a 7-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below).
The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 7 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. You will be unable to submit a return/exchange request after that 7-day period.

Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free returns on that order.
Didn’t add and checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!

ARE THERE ANY FEES FOR RETURNING AN ELIGIBLE ITEM?
The following fees are as follows:
If shipping was complimentary at checkout, original freight/handling cost will be deducted.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return/exchanged items if RE:DO was not added to your order at checkout.
A 15% restocking fee for all returns will be accessed.
Packages that are denied and "returned to sender" or refused will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Please note that any amount paid for shipping is non-refundable.
WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
If you would like to make an exchange for a different size or dress, simply submit an RMA by clicking here . Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions. The exchange process can take 7-12 days. Once the item has been received and approved, you will receive an email with a code that you can use to apply on our website to make an exchange. You will go through the checkout process online.
If time is of the essence, place a new order for the item you need, then contact us by email informing us of this decision. If for some reason the item that you ordered is not available, it will not constitute a refund. In such a case, a store credit will be issued once the original dress has been returned.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS?
Returns are carefully inspected; all original tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
Items found with snags, worn, washed, altered, ripped, stained, grease marks, pet hair, pen marks, perfume, deodorant stains, smoke odor and/or missing tags will be returned immediately at the customer's expense.
