Great customer service! I sent an email inquiring about a dress size on a weekend. I didn't expect a response, but they responded right away and said they would check on Monday. They contacted me on Monday with the information I needed. We ordered the dress, it arrived on time, and looks great! My daughter is super happy with the dress!

In general, we do allow returns on all products except wedding gowns, quinceanera dresses, items marked "clearance" and dresses made by Andrea & Leo Couture.

SHIPPING
Located in California, we ship everyday Monday through Friday. Delivery will take between 1 to 5 days (within the US) depending on the shipping option you choose at the checkout. We offer Next Day delivery service through UPS if time is of the essense.
We also ship internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout and is determined by location and the weight of your package. I'm sorry, but we do not have color swatches or material to send to customers.
I recommend to all my customers that when choosing a size, to look at the size chart located near the description of each dress and base your decision by your waist measurement. Each dress has a specific sizing chart. Therefore it's important to look at the sizing chart for each dress.
