Jacket, ordered 2 day, took a week for delivery
Very stressful. I paid and ordered for 2 day shipping. One WEEK later the jacket arrived. Only ONE day before prom. When I called the company, over and over I could not get anyone. Then when I did reach them they suggested that I, not they, contact the Post Office. (Not good PR) Of course the Post Office was no help either. My package went several times to Louisiana before coming to Texas. While the merchandise was great I would not order from them anything I needed in a hurry. The company graciously refunded me the extra shipping.
Hi Patsy, I am very sorry the package was not delivered in a timely manner. We do everything we can to have orders shipped out. Once they have been shipped, please understand that it is now the shipping carrier's responsibility to deliver the package accordingly. This is not a reflection of how we operate since we have to pay for the shipping service.
RETURNS POLICY
In general, we do allow returns on all products except wedding gowns, quinceanera dresses, items marked "clearance" and dresses made by Andrea & Leo Couture.

SHIPPING
Located in California, we ship everyday Monday through Friday. Delivery will take between 1 to 5 days (within the US) depending on the shipping option you choose at the checkout. We offer Next Day delivery service through UPS if time is of the essense.
We also ship internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout and is determined by location and the weight of your package. To see what shipping charges may be, simply add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once you are at the Shipping Section, enter your address to see the available options and prices. Hi, it says Ivory but is showing black. Is it available in the black?
This bolero jacket is available in ivory. The reason why the color of the bolero is black is because this is the only stock photo we have, otherwise, we would have used an ivory photo instead. The only size we have left in stock in black is 6XL. Click here to view it. Check out other lace boleros we carry.
