Store Credit

The general return policy applies to all products except special occasion dresses (i.e. quinceanera and wedding gowns) and clearance items. You may return product(s) within 7 days for a store credit. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping fees, if any, which were applied at purchase are not refunded. An email will be sent to you with a store credit code that does not expire.

Exchange

The general exchange policy applies to all products except special occasion dresses (i.e. quinceanera and wedding gowns) and clearance items. You may exchange product(s) within 7 days of receiving your package. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.

A few rules before returning:

All sales are final after 7 days of receiving package.
Package must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your package if returning.
If package is not postmarked within 7 days and we receive the package, it will not be accepted and sent back.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
CLEARANCE, Wedding and Quinceanera dresses and Tiaras are non-returnable.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return/exchanged items.
Returns are carefully inspected; all original tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
Items found with snags, worn, washed, altered, ripped, stained, grease marks, pet hair, pen marks, perfume, deodorant stains, smoke odor and/or missing tags will be returned immediately.

Once you know what your measurements are, you will be able to select the right size for you. Keep in mind formal dresses run smaller than normal dresses. Each designer we offer tends to have a specific size guide, and not all designers follow size guides you may normally refer to for sizing. We highly recommend reviewing the size chart listed on the specific designer dress before making a dress purchase. As a general rule, when in doubt of choosing a size option, always chose the larger size. It's easy to take a dress in, but nearly impossible to add to a dress.
