Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so unlike most other special occasion retailers we accept returns for exchange or store credit if you are not 100% satisfied.
With DiscountDressShop's Return Policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in perfect condition and that you follow the return instructions listed below. We take pride in our quality products and service and we value our relationship with you. Our goal is to make the returns process as simple as possible to make sure you look and feel your best for your big event.
The general return policy applies to all products except special occasion dresses (i.e. quinceanera and wedding gowns) and clearance items. You may return product(s) within 7 days for a store credit. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. We do not profit from this restocking fee as it is charged to us by our suppliers. Shipping fees, if any, which were applied at purchase are not refunded. An email will be sent to you with a store credit code that does not expire.

A few rules before returning:
- All sales are final after 7 days of receiving package.
- Package must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your package if returning.
- If package is not postmarked within 7 days and we receive the package, it will not be accepted and sent back.
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Clearance items, Wedding gowns, Quinceanera dresses, Tiaras and dresses by Andrea & Leo Couture are non-returnable.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return/exchanged items.
- Returns are carefully inspected; all original tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
- Items found with snags, worn, washed, altered, ripped, stained, grease marks, pet hair, pen marks, perfume, deodorant stains, smoke odor and/or missing tags will be returned immediately.

- Initiate a RMA
- Wait until you hear back from us with approval.
- Follow the directions on returning once you receive an email from us.
Once your item has been received, inspected and processed, you will be issued an exchange or store credit!
