Great customer service!!
I just wanted to take a minute to thank Jeremy with all of his help on order #3443. I spoke with Jeremy Monday about returning the dress in this order and sending out the next biggest size, AND I needed it to arrive by Wednesday. He took care of everything (patiently!) and I'm happy to report the dress arrived, fit perfectly and my daughter was able to take it on her choir trip when she left early this morning. RETURNS POLICY
In general, we do allow returns on all products except wedding gowns, quinceanera dresses, items marked "clearance" and dresses made by Andrea & Leo Couture.
Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your package. Check out more detailed information about our return policy.
SHIPPING
Located in California, we ship everyday Monday through Friday. Delivery will take between 1 to 5 days (within the US) depending on the shipping option you choose at the checkout. We offer Next Day delivery service through UPS if time is of the essense.
We also ship internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout and is determined by location and the weight of your package. Are the dresses returnable for a full credit card refund?
As per our return policy, we do allow returns for either a store credit or an exchange may be made.
When selecting a size, I recommend choosing a size based on your waist measurement in inches. If you're not sure, you may provide your measurements and I would be happy to recommend a size for you. Please use our size and fit guide to measure yourself properly. -
What size is your large dress in European or uk sizes
The size large measures approximately 40 inches for the bust and 32 inches for the waist.
I recommend to all my customers that when choosing a size, to look at the size chart located near the description of each dress and base your decision by your waist measurement. Each dress has a specific sizing chart. Therefore it's important to look at the sizing chart for each dress. If you're not sure, let me know your bust and waist size and I can recommend a size for you.
