The main difference is whether you want the peace of mind to receive a refund when making a purchase. By choosing to add Seel Return Assurance to your order, you will have the the option to return and receive a refund on all items in our store. It's really that simple! See below for more details.

If you add Seel Return Assurance to your order, then it is eligble to return for a refund. If you do not add Return Assurance, then you will be subject to DiscountDressShop Return Policy (see tab below).

Our general return policy applies to all eligible products except certain dresses listed below. You may return product(s) within 7 days for either a store credit or you may make an exchange. We do not issue refunds. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns/exchanges. We do not profit from this restocking fee since our suppliers charge us this fee. An RMA must be submitted for approval in order to return an item. Shipping fees, if any, which were applied at purchase are not refunded. Once the item is received, an email will be sent to you with a store credit code that does not expire or an exchange will be processed.

GUIDELINES BEFORE RETURNING:

• All sales are final after 7 days of receiving your package.
• Clearance items (will be clearly marked "Clearance" or have the price that does not end in $xx.99 or $xx.98), Wedding gowns, Quinceanera dresses, Cinderella Divine Black Label, Tiaras and dresses by Andrea & Leo Couture are non-returnable.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return/exchanged items.
• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your package!
• Returns are carefully inspected; all original tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
• Items found with snags, worn, washed, altered, ripped, stained, grease marks, pet hair, pen marks, perfume, deodorant stains, smoke odor and/or missing tags will be returned immediately at the customer's expense.
• Packages that are denied and "returned to sender" will be subject to a 25% restocking fee

Otherwise, submit an RMA for approval at https://www.discountdressshop.com/a/returns

If you selected added Seel Return Assurance you will be issued a refund for the item(s) purchased. If you want a different size/color, then you will need to purchase the dress online, which can be done before you submit a return.

To initiate a return for a refund, please follow the instructions provided in your Seel confirmation email and submit your return at https://app.seel.com/return/portal/login
