What does the back look like? Also, I am 44-41-44, which size would I order? By bust, waist, or hips?

Based on your waist size of 41 inches, I would recommend a size 3XL.
It is recommended to look at the size chart located near the description of each dress and base your decision by your waist measurement. This is important because if you cannot zip the dress past your waist, then you won't be able to zip the top up. Each dress has a specific sizing chart. Therefore it's important to look at the sizing chart for each dress. Lastly, in most cases, slight alterations for a perfect fit may be required by a local seamstress in your area.
