Return Policy

• Include your purchase invoice.
  
  
• Fill out the back of the packing slip that you received with your shipment and complete the appropriate box depending on whether you want to return or exchange your item.
  
  
• Replace the item(s) in the packaging in which it was received. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.
  
  
• If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to product in transit back to us.
  
  
• To ensure the package arrives back to us safely, please use a pre-paid, insured and trackable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Certified mail where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to track the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary.

• All returned merchandise will be carefully inspected and must meet the following criteria or else they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  
  
• The dress must be unworn and in the same condition you received it.
  
  
• Tags cannot be taken off or secured or pinned back on, they must be present on the item as they were sent out. Items must be returned with all original vendor packaging in the condition you received it as they are considered part of the product.
  
  
• Any items returned to us that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained, pet hair, pen marks, dirt marks, deodorant stains, with odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or that have been tampered with in any way will not be accepted, but returned.
  
  
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return/exchanged items
  
  
• Merchandise must accompany its original protective covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories.

If for any reason these criteria's are not met, your item will be returned at your expense.
