This is a single shoulder strap short formal high low cocktail dress in organza. Shown here in green, this dress features ruffles along the shoulder strap and a ruched bodice to accentuate the bust line. The waistline is embellished with exquisite rhinestones, sequins and beading finishing the look. The poofy hi lo skirt features material created in large rosette like shapes and sits above the knee. A long sheer removable train adds a unique look to the dress.
